COCOSTYLE unit 504 is now available as a Vacational Rental, managed succesfully by my property managment company GLOBAL GROUP CONSULTANTS, and offered as a vacational rental unit with VRRM, a full service vacation rental company. COCOSTYLE is a boutique building that allows short term rentals, very well located a few blocks from Cocowalk, in the area of Cocount Grove, FL. I actually represent 2 units in this building and it was a great idea to transform 1 of this units into a vacational rental. Together with my friend and co worker Analisa Grimaldi , we helped the owner to create a spacious, cozy and comfortable loft that allows 4 guests to enjoy this perfect location. Unit has been 90% booked since the first week was offered in websites such as Expedia, Airb&b and others… I am so happy that we helped this owner to make his unit profitable!!

At the moment we already sold 14 nights in December with $1600 gross + we have the most wanted nights Christmas and New Year for sale that we plan to rent for $400-$500 per night. We have sold 25 night in January so far with $3700 gross rental.
The projection is to get $3000-$5000 gross per moth in the high season and $2000-$3500 in low season.
